On October 13th 2005, Engine 2201 was called and responded to Wilkesboro St for MVA car vs. shopping center. Engine 2201 arrived to find a single car accident. Davie County EMS responded and transported the driver to the hospital. A fluid leak coming from the car was contained and battery cables were removed.
